Colleague of Kaburagi during his days as a warrior who worked as a Balancer, but was sent to the Bug Correctional Facility along with Donatello. Noticeably vicious and cruel, he enjoys tormenting the weak.

Seven Years Ago[]
While going on a mission with Donatello, Kaburagi and Mikey, Mikey asks about limiter releasing. Donatello doesn't want to talk about it, however Turkey explains that if you lose an arm, you feel like you lost it, but in reality you haven't. However if you remove your limiter, you will take real damage. You also run the risk of being scrapped for cheating, however the restriction on your avatar are also removed and your physical abilities increase.
Later Mikey ends up removing his limiter and gets scrapped for that. The Top Ranker team is disbanded with Donatello and Turkey failed to abide by the system's directives and were send to the Correctional Facility.

As a Ranker he appears as a green skinned man with short green hair with a "sly" looking face.

Turkey is vicious and cruel, who enjoys messing with others, especially tormenting the weak.
